Through the year-long Tech Age Girls (TAG) program, 100 young women aged 16-20 are learning to use technology as a tool for leadership and community development. TAG does not involve traditional lectures or tests. Instead, participants work in collaborative small groups on different tasks that use technology to create useful products.
Through these opportunities, TAG participants build support networks that allow them to continue building skills and sharing them with others long after completing the program.
